1) Grades. Iron ore grades at Roche Bay: 26% iron is underwhelming. Are we all agreed this is a fairly poor to middling grade? Below average compared to grades at other iron ore juniors in Canada?

2) Development Issues. Development of arctic mines of any kind has been very difficult and very expensive. Are we all agreed that this has been the case?

3) No Models for Success. There are no large iron ore mines in the Arctic. If Roche Bay gets into production it will be one of the first bulk commodity mines in the Arctic. Are we all agreed that this is the case?

If you accept these 3 facts, and they seem indisputable, then you have to accept the conclusion that AXI is quite a risky proposition.
