This financing is clearly intended ....
This financing is clearly intended ........ for some "Target Of Opportunity" that has suddenly presented itself. There's no other reason for additional funds right here, right now. They have no desperate need to do more drilling right here, right now. They continue to assert they're ".. funded to production" and if that's not true then yeah, they're in serious trouble, but the market was happy to boost them by 33% in a few days so I doubt that's the case.
No, there's some deal in the works. And a "bought deal" means somebody thoroughly believes the story you're telling them and is ready to whip out the chequebook right then and there.
