The property is approximately 46 kilometers (km) southeast of the town of Longlac in the municipality of Greenstone, Ontario. The McInnes Lake Property is located over 115 kilometers (km) north of the town of Red Lake. The West Madsen Property is located in the heart of the Red Lake Gold Camp.

Moving on up, last push for the 90% or maybe 67% voting threshold. Similiar stock reaction as the PG-GRC takeover but less of a stock price rise. At the end of the day more than 90% of the Goldstone shareholders tendered and there were a number of people on the GRC board not happy with the deal.
