RE: Break Out Confirmed ??

RE: Break Out Confirmed ??"Would have liked to see more volume, but there quite simply wern't that many shares that where up for grabs."

I think the finalized royalty rate is due to be released at any time, and that it is favorable compared to what the market first feared. With some target prices from $4-$4.75 the stock may not need much volume as the royalty is defined and the market can value the stock appropriately. AAB still appars to love the stock and they should know what they are talking about here. They held it up to the 52-week high. The stock could be worth over $3 right now given those target prices. The 52-week high is $2.78. The stock has essentially been consolidating during the Peruvian election and transition and over a 9 month consolidation period during which gold is up about 30%(should more than compensatee for the royalty rate increase), and during which time substantial company progress has occurred. The stock broke through its 200-day moving average today, and closed there. It looks like the stock is leaving the penalty box, and can now be valued with terms known, and the once darkest fears of nationalization behind the company.
