RE: RE: Recent Sales - It IS accumulationInteresting theory but I don't think it's as insidious as you're suggesting. This is what the order book looks like. I don't see the order patterns you suggest are present. More below the table...
I think what we've seen and where we're at is exactly what should have been expected. IMO those who accumulated shares on the run UP to .115 sold them to the hapless saps (including yours truly) who bought them on the way down. it's called a transfer of wealth and those guys were the ones that received it.
I believe the sell-off (run-down) is done because the only sellers that are left are the ones like me who bought on the way down. (I thought I bought it at the low LOL). I've done a little math on the trade volume to show why I think the sharks have moved on. Look at this...
You might be wondering what's so important about the 0.08 price . Well this was the support level leading up to this fiasco so it's a safe bet that this price will hold until the next rally. You'll see what I mean by looking at the chart.
The board is quiet and the bashers have moved on to the next big thing. There happen to be a few of them out there.
MCK.VN did it today. They got news yesterday first thing and sure enough someone sold down down the price to 0.09 from 0.134 using very little volume. the SP was bought back up to 0.10 and quite a bit of trading occured at that level and at 0.11 where something like 1M shares changed hands. From there on the share price continued to rise all the way to 0.125 but on very little volume. See what I mean here and read on...
My prediction is that when news comes out (and I expect something soon) the sharks that bought in at 0.10 & 0.11 will dump at market price as fast as they can if there's enough volume lined up to make it worth their while. Presently I see about 1.5M shares lined up at 0.105 and better. If the SP moves up then the whole line will likely move up pulling more suckers into the trap. I see 1.6M at 0.09 right now but 1.5M of that is a single order. That's their brake so I highly doubt that order will move up the queue and I also expect that order will disappear in a flash when the sell off starts... no need to put their money at risk if the price might plummet further with momentum.
Well that's my 0.02
p.s. I went through this exercise to educate myself on what can happen in the market so I don't get burned the same way again.
Cheers!
