RE: RE: RE: RE: Management comments on dividends eThe reason they can pay  and will continue to pay dividends is they have  and will continue to have increasing excess cash flow after capex, taxes etc.  Unlike other oil sands companies that are either in start up mode or have other oil and gas operations COS has a single mature and growing asset.  That simple.
IMO the market will value a higher dividend paying stock once the operational problems have been put behind them. My primary concern is why is it taking so long to deliver on existing productive capacity.  This is the what needs to be explained clearly to the owners of the company and not by some difficult to read power point graph indicating some vague time-line without more detailed explanation of what is wrong, what the plan to fix it is, and when will it be fixed.
