RE: Congrats to Farhad!!!!

RE: Congrats to Farhad!!!!When I hear of these things where a CEO has positions in other companies, I get annoyed and wonder why are we paying them a CEO wage just to pursue other opportunities for themselves, get stock options and all the incentives just to get more from other companies and be a part time ceo of this company?. I definately think its a very disrespectful move and should be disclosed either yay or nay in the ceo contract if they are able to participate in other organizations and disclose the contract to shareholders. Does this mean we get 1/3 of his time to negotiate deals and be a CEO?. Obviously a CEO;s job is pretty easy if you can go and have a few other ones as well!!.
Just really annoyed and I may call in at a conference call to ask this question. Do you think that you are putting in your best efforts as CEO of this company if you are at top ranking postitions at other companies?
