Debt is not a problem for Delphi

The amount of debt they have on the balance sheet is nothing!

They can sell their Duvernay assets and wipe out debt entirely.
A sale of the Duvernay would not affect bank lines.
They will require a partner to farm in on them or sell them off
which will put them on tract to increase production and NAVPS
by a nice bit.
Even if someone wanted to buy them out the value is there and
the company is worth considerably more than translated in the
current share price.

Filter out these yahoo's who don't know exactly what they are talking
about. Only clear thing is they lost money and don't hold on till the
finish line is crossed. This will trade higher very soon.
