Still want their Coffee. Even though the broader markets were selling off Friday, investors were eager to accumulate shares of  Kaminak. Solidly in the green, shares of this Yukon-focused gold explorer were bucking the trend on no apparent news. In late August, Kaminak released another set of impressive drill results, this time from 31 reverse-circulation drill holes from the Supremo T3 zone, located on the company's 150,000-acre Coffee Gold property, Yukon Territory. Some of the highlight intersections included: I) Hole CFR-27 - 11.6 g/t Au over 9.1 m; II) Hole CFR-31 - 3.0 g/t Au over 13.7 m; III) Hole CFR-33A - 2.5 g/t Au over 19.8 m; IV) Hole CFR-34 - 9.8 g/t Au over 4.6 m; V) Hole CFR-35 - 13.5 g/t Au over 15.2 m; VI) Hole CFR-36 - 8.7 g/t Au over 9.2 m; VII) Hole CFR-45 - 2.1 g/t Au over 27.4 m; VIII) Hole CFR-46 - 4.3 g/t Au over 13.7 m; IX) Hole CFR-50 - 19.9 g/t Au over 6.1 m; X) Hole CFR-51 - 7.9 g/t Au over 12.2 m; XI) Hole CFR-52 - 10.7 g/t Au over 6.1 m; and XII) CFR-53 - 8.2 g/t Au over 18.3 m. Adding to the attractiveness of the holes, a large portion of them intersected mineralization close to surface (40 m or less with more than a couple of the high-grade hits starting at less than 10 m from surface). Management highlighted that the Supremo zone consists of at least seven north-south trending gold-bearing structural zones (T1 to T7) which are co-incident with a well defined 2x2 km gold-in-soil anomaly. The T3 structure has been traced for at least 600 m and remains open along trend and to depth. Kaminak is currently undertaking an aggressive drill program with three diamond drills and one reverse circulation drill active on its Coffee Gold property. Assays from Latte (about 30 diamond holes) and Kona (35 RC, five diamond holes) are currently pending. Before the end of the 2011 program, Kaminak expects to also drill test the Americano West, Macchiatto, Cappaccino, and potentially the Sugar zones.
