I guess what i'm saying is that IF $12.50 was the worst OPL would sell for per share then it would still be a big uptick to the retirement fund... it really doesn't look like many can look forward to help monetarily from the government for too much longer. We no doubt would see other companys bid on POET also and armed with that private evaluation of $1 billion (which is too low) we can show the market why a lower bid just won't cut it. Early on though the managment said that they had already signed the paper work necessary for a sale or part sale of POET.
That was before the private evaluation even was made.

Anyways things are looking better and we're moving along...
