Negotiator - More information requested...I have always appreciated the extra information that you have been able to discover. You are asking me as a shareholder to give you my proxy without any details about your intentions. Granted, you have told us that you intend to use my vote to put a new board in place. These are the steps you need to take in order to get my proxy: 1. Names and resumes of all directors that you intend to elect 2. Any background information about them that is relevant to running this co. 3. How they will be compensated - specifically, cash compensation/# of options I would never hire anyone to run my company without this information. Would you? P.S. Don't ask me to call you on the telephone.
