RE: RE: RE: higher price coming !Obviously the news is not good in the sense that the PP could not be filled at .30 ... however, having said that, the climate of investment is not friendly at this time because of so much uncertainty in the markets.  You can't blame management for the PP not being filled.  The good news is that management did not LOWER the PP to have it filled and is confident enough that they have enough finances to implement their short-term game plan.  Management made secondary arrangements just in case and have fallen back on the 5M financing/options etc.  That's good management.  I'm not too worried about the s/p since it is still true that the worse the US gets the better opportunity for SCG to capitalize on the prepaid cards ... I'm just waiting for the US rollout announcement --- I hope its a good one!!  Once SCG's short-term goals are realized, I would suspect that the s/p sitting @ .20 or so will be history and SCG might be able to do a PP at even a higher price than the .30 it cancelled today ...
