This is a good thing in my opinion, anytime you can raise money to use for potentially increasing your resources with more drilling, instead of dillution with a pp. Finding more gold on your property with a producing mine in operation, and extending the life of the mine would explode the sp even more.

No point having cash tied up in another stock at this point in the company's development, especially when we will be producing soon and cash flow positive.
