You seem to have conveniently forgotten that Sino Forest was restricted in a share buybackbecause of a quarterly blackout period, and that they can't give dividends because ofbond structure, and that tax certificates were never an issue. It is thelack of responsive posting such as this that really ticks me off. Nowonder the investment herd is what it is...
