Halo Assets Valued at $200K

Halo Assets Valued at $200K
As of May 31st, 2011 ...

Company has $3,300,000 in cash

I'm sure there has been some burn over the summer months, even though the company has done NOTHING, so the cash component is likely less than $3,300,000, but i'll use that number for the illustration.

28,000,000 shares outstanding

At current share price ($.125)  the market cap is $3,500,000

Remove the cash component and the value given to all of Halo's assets is $200,000 - unbelievable doesn't even begin to describe it

$200,000 - Truly sad, especially for those of us still holding. (I have yet to sell a share unfortunately)

No doubt the implosion in the stock price is partly a function of the weak stock market and pull back in commodity prices, but moreso a function of an absentee management team who has shown complete indifference to both the stock price and shareholders.

What management should be doing is communicating with the investing public to demonstrate that they have a plan and some future prospects for success.  Unfortunately, this management team seems to specialize in silence.

As always, IMHO.
