Rambler Metals and Mining (TSX-V: RAB), a Newfoundland-based junior set to join the ranks of copper-gold-silver producers, is negotiating off-take agreements, said George Ogilvie, the company's president and CEO.

Ogilvie made the announcement Tuesday as he updated an audience primarily made up of investors, fellow junior exploration management and media at the Resource Investors Forum in St. John's, Newfoundland.

Any off-take agreements would add to an existing one worth $20 million that Rambler signed with Sandstorm Resources last year on partial production of gold from its Ming mine in Baie Verte, Newfoundland.
