CLL to be delisted this Friday?

CLL to be delisted this Friday?
 Cll to be removed from TSX small cap index, does anyone
know anything about this, where it was announced and what the reason
for removal is exactly? Jurek on other board says the delisting
is the reason the stock dropped from 80 to 60 cents (ie recent
news I guess).
