RE: MansfieldI try to write objectively, but actually I see MDR having very little risk in obtaining both the Mine Permit/DIA and a favorable bankable feasibility study. 

Hopefully, MDR can sell the project on fair and reasonable terms.  That is the risk.  If not, then MDR will have to build the mine itself.  Constructing a simple heap leach mine should not be much of a problem.  But the startup of the mine, training the employees, the learning curve involved, etc. is ALWAYS a problem for mine startups.  Much less risky and profitable in the short term for an experienced miner to buy you out and let them build it.

Regardless, as others have stated, just obtaining the Mine Permit should cause MDR stock price to rise significantly.
