Related Party Transactions

Related Party TransactionsThis is one of the non-disclosure areas that is prevalent with fraud among almost all Chinese companies.
I have read HF filingd and is yet to find a disclosure of this type which I know is possibly happenning.

DOes anyone know why the company is not disclosing all the related party transactions they have done in recent times???????????????? I smell something stinky...................
