I just wanted to make a correction to my post. I put in $ signs in front of my number of shares.  See correction below:

As per the SEDAR filing, September 12, 2011. Quantum (SOROS) sold off close to 2.6million shares since July 11, 2011. Although Quantum still owns over 24.5Million shares as per the report, it would be interesting to know why the disposition at this time, any thoughts?
