Cameco vs Hathor
Cameco vs HathorI encourage everyone interested in Uranium to read the news releases released by both Cameco and Hathor over the last couple of days.
Cameco clearly has the muscle and the money to influence both uranium pricing and shareholders in the acquisition of Hathor. For those thinking Hathor has a white shadow coming to rescue them with a better offer needs to learn about both, Canadian Foreign Investment Laws and Canada's recent squabble with BP.
If you believe Cameco's position that Hathor has over-estimated their position, can you imagine how grossly over-estimated Pele Mountain is - essentially making Pele Mountain worthless in my opinion.
What Cameco's latest news release does is that it validates that the biased postings of "pumper's" like Ti-Butch and Wintersun are garbage and that these two should not be listened to, nor can they be trusted. The expertise behind a number of statements in the Cameco report show that over the course of the year since Ti-Butch has been on the GEM Stockhouse board, Ti-Butch really has no knowledge of mining, the Venture itself or of Elliot Lake so essentially his role on this Stockhouse board is unclear to me.
Pele Mountain, as an exploration company in my opinion is a failure - somewhere around 15 years, no adequate revenue source, no adequate partner and nothing but trumped up news releases, substantial dilution and insider's banking options. Sure maybe options are perfectly legal, but morally you'd have to be a $%&# to continuously put yourself first before shareholders, especially the guy in charge with that enormous salary. All recent run-up in prices are clearly the result of Sheldon's buying that must be to maintain his 10 plus.
What a news release like Cameco's does in their explanation of Hathor is that it validates my disgusting opinion of Pele Mountain Resources, as I consider Pele far inferior to Hathor in every respect.
I'm sure Ti-Butch is callng the SEC as he reads this, or maybe he's figured out that it's the OSC, or maybe he's figured out that it's not their role to chase Stockhouse posters so maybe he's emailing this to Al Shefsky, so hi Al, are you coming after me?
I should remind you that Pele Mountain Resources has in no way re-imbursed me, sponsored me or asked me for my opinion - but I am thinking about starting a professional BLOG exposing such lacksadasical Venture companies such as GEM because if you can legally pump a stock, sure as heck you can legally bash it also.
I am Ti-Butch. He is one of my 4,632 alter egos.
