RE: :) One step at a time......So if the formal joint venture isn't signed in the "very near future" all shareholders should be very concerned, right? It has been 14 months, and that seems like more than enough time to figure out "final and concluding terms." This management has had big deals fall apart on them in the past, remember Melville Capital Corp a few years ago.
