BACKGROUND*Mr. Adam E. Adamou, CFA, B. Comm. serves as the President and Managing Partner of Caseridge Capital Corporation. Mr. Adamou is an experienced investor, banker and advisor to technology companies across Canada with a principal involvement in raising or investing over $1 billion dollars in capital for Canadian technology companies over the course of his career. Mr. Adamou was a co-founder of Evergreen Capital Partners Inc. and served as its Managing Partner. He has over 15 years of direct industry experience as a venture capitalist and investment banker, including a principle position in the building of Taurus Capital Markets fro 1997 to 2002 and as Head of Technology Investment Banking with a national full service brokerage firm. He has been the Executive Chairman of International Datacasting Corp. since June 10, 2010 and previously served as its Non Executive Chairman of the Board from March 2010 to June 10, 2010. Mr. Adamou has been a Director of International Datacasting Corp. since December 2009. He has served on a variety of public and private company boards as a Director, including Secure Computing Corporation, Border Networks Inc., Softquad International Inc. and Nuvo Networks Inc. He served as Director at Evergreen Capital Partners Inc. Mr. Adamou is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
