Why is this stock in the toilet?

Why is this stock in the toilet?I look at the chart and it's a waterfall decline.  The fundamentals for gold couldn't be better.  Sprott owns a lot of SAS; the drill results are positive; its mines are working.  I'm baffled by this.  Are the Shorts having fun here?  What's going on?  Anyone care to comment?
