strained patience

I have been in PRE for about 2 years now, but my patience is getting strained. I am rather surprised, encouraged, by analysts expectations. According to Thompson Reuters, as of now, there are 26 analysts covering PRE. 14 have buys, 4 have holds, and 8 have a strong buy. The median target is 35.9 and the mean target is 37.2
