licensespublic heel, it is true and undeniable that ruby has forecasted production and licenses lots of time before now. Part of me has assumed that assembling the land package has come first, and part of it is just dealing with a 3rd world country's timetable. I am sure I don't know all the story, but for sure ruby has had optimistic ML forecasts which they've failed to meet. For me its not been an issue as equipment, camp, land package and gold recovery expertise has continued to grow. Without doing DD on TXE, I have vaguely noticed they have tons more money, market cap and workers, but also are still not in production. I thought they had alluvial too, but maybe they just focus on hard rock, I don't know. Anyway, I've been at peace with it, tho sometimes nervous at no news flow. It'll be a LOT different when news flow includes a quarterly EARNINGS (as in positive) report from rising gold produx. I hope that will be this 4Q at long last, altho I believe Rob and Co (including reachable and believable Toby) could and would have lots to say about how much work on the ground level has been necessary to get us this far that shareholders can't see or appreciate unless you've witnessed just how remote everything is here. just my 2 cents.
