The answer to your question is really quite obvious isn't it. If you believe the accusations levelled against the company then no it is not a good entry point at all. If however, you believe that the accusations are baseless then the company is incredibly cheap and you can pretty much close your eyes and buy.

It's really that simple and that bianary. So the question is who do you believe?
