RE: RE: RE: RE: MiningMonster/gwplant....Also, if the company does not convert right away in March then the A series preferreds become much more valuable especially compared the common shares as you stand to receive 3 more big dividends and a shareholder option to redeem at $25 in december, this is a feature that only the A shareholders have, check the prospectus....
