RE: Jorge & Mina Pascua

RE: Jorge & Mina PascuaSDavis, as per the latest MWR NR:

Mountain-West pays Lopehandia another $1-million

2011-09-15

"The company is in receipt of a title opinion letter from a lawyer in Chile. This report names the claims, provides that they are in the name of Mr. Lopehandia and that they are unencumbered (no charges or liens against them).

The final $1-million in the company's contract will be paid when Mr. Lopehandia has registered his claims in the company's name with the appropriate government agency in Chile. Once registered, the company has 60 days to pay the final balance."

Specific Questions:

1.a. How easy is it to get "a title opinion letter from a lawyer in Chile."?
b. What documentation such as 'land survey and a geo survey work' go into such?

2. How easy would it be for a Jorge survey team to get on the relevant land to do a land survey while Barrick occupies such land?

3. a.How easy would it be for Jorge to register 'a claim' with the appropriate government agency in Chile?
b. Would he need to prove his 'claim' before registration?
c. What kind of proof would he need that his claim is valid and viable' vs Barrick's claim?

4. With this kind of money being passed around, why wouldn't MWR send their own 'surveyer' down to the Chilean site to validate their own DD on Jorge's alleged claim?

These are "specific questions"... Thank you in advance for your opinions....
