Spinnaker Capital Markets

Spinnaker Capital MarketsThese are the advisors Futura has hired this year. They could be a key link to future capital.

I noticed with junior companies that even non-brokered private placements are often helped out by brokers. They get their finder's fees. The stock price runs up well enough to effect a private placement at a higher stock price. A stock could be trading at 25 cents when a private placement is desired and later done at $1.00 ( I assume market conditions must be conducive to raising capital.)

The brokers may place a company on their buy list. It's critical to get on that list. This is what drives the stock price higher, even in absence of any news releases. Mining/exploration companies and junior tech stocks have successfully gone this route.

Nice to see insiders at Futura support the company in its early stages. If and when the bigger money is required, I assume brokers will be involved and Spinnaker may advise on the path to take. A good looking revenue trend would be desirable first, something which can be promoted to the capital markets.

I don't know the direction Futura will take in the coming years, but I have to think in terms of bluesky potential. Tough to think that way when the stock is at 2.5 cents, but have to begin someplace.
