Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Just looking at the chart

Just looking at the chartThe lows are getting higher over the last 3 months, but the highs are not getting higher. I think world economic concerns are killing us. We've had great news, moved the sticks forward, increased the value of our stock assets, and we're going sideways. I think it's just a long hard road. Hey, that's a song, isn't it?
