Thanks largely to politicians, the chart is breaking down here. I would not be surprised to see low 30s by the end of the month. The whole Greek mess is getting tiresome, not to mention the simmering American soap opera. I don't see either continent dealing with it's problems in a timely manner. This will get ugly.
