As long as this deposit remains on the sea floor, with no plan of action to extract this resource, we are not going anywhere.
An action plan and announcement of financial input is required sooner rather than later.
Either that or make a few bucks and sell the rights to someone else.
As it stands, we are holding onto what?????  A pipe dream??
