As to who might want to drive down the price of a stock, two possible candidates come to mind:
1. Someone who would desire to see a company fail, and
2. Someone who wants to accumulate at the lowest price.
Daily price action, at least currently, would seem to show fairly large blocks (20k) trading without a decrease in price from the last transaction, and in some cases, at the "ask". That, to me, suggests buying or accumulation. If I were to attempt to sell a 20k block, most likely, it would have to be below the ask... that is, unless there was new demand.
