Interesting information.

Interesting information.Just received the AGM circular and perusing through it came up with some interesting facts. There are a total of 27,716,711 shares outstanding. The board own 6,724,673 (24.26%) collectively and a company called CDS & Co. own 23,851,766 (86.06%), the shareholders of this company are unknown, according to the circular.

Basic math tells me that according to the above the holdings of the board and CDS equals 110.32% of the outstanding shares, which is nonsense. However, if you deduct the CEO's shares from the board total and blend it into the CDS total the resulting figures are : Board = 8.93%, CDS = 86.06%. This leaves a scant 5.01%, or 1,388,845 shares of the outstanding shares in retail hands. In other words, given the above is accurate, this company is almost private.
