RE: RE: RE: RE: Sino forest

RE: RE: RE: RE: Sino forestThey are being priced as a fraud by the market.   There

Their results are more realistic looking in some ways than a lot of the exposed frauds, although...

-they are still  a reverse takeover, the biggest current red flag there is
-virtually nothing about them is verified. Not even basic land or buildings, by anyone (ie a north american auditor or coverage)
- the equity issues for  capital expenditures (expansion  etc) that have so often turned out to be false in the chinese small cap sector are there.

but...
there have  been delays, shipping issues, etc that have slowed results down, that are not typical of the worst scams

they also don't have the word "China"  in their name, which has been one of the simplest common denominators for scams. They come close with "Asian" , so ??? dunno.

It would be nice to see some sort of validation , that they are what they say they are.   There is little to go on otherwise.

Be an absolute steal if they turn out to be legit.

Their last quarter though, was a real turning point.  There were things in there that the market has clearly reacted to,and  not as cyclical or macro related business issues.  No way. This reaction has been pure distrust.
