On September 27, 2010 Advanced Exploration and XinXing executed a binding framework agreement to form a joint venture. After that date, no progress on the joint venture agreement. No target date for when a joint venture agreement might be signed. No reasons given for why the agreement is so delayed.

This company's stock price is plagued by management not delivering a formal joint venture agreement within a reasonable time frame and it is harmed by management's lack of communication.

What the heck happened to the 15,000 meter Roche Bay summer 2011 drilling program they announced in January? If you have three drills going that program would take you 6 months! They started drilling Roche Bay in August with one drill. The drilling season ends in early October. They will be lucky to drill 2,000 meters.
