This Joint Venture vehicle argument is just a "moving the goalposts" argument. The fact remains other Canadian iron ore juniors have signed binding "Joint Venture Agreements" and binding "HOA" agreements and AXI has not progressed beyond a framework agreement. The other iron ore juniors are moving ahead with their projects while AXI has been stagnant, both with its corporate structuring and with its drilling programs.
