RE: RE: Joint VenturesThey may or may not have formed their JV Corporation pursuant to the signed and executed Joint Venture Agreement. I'm not their securities lawyer. But Century Iron Ore claims that the technical finalities will be done within 60 days of August 31. So it could be done already.
