FDA approval was some time ago.

When I first read the headline, I thought that they were announcing FDA approval.
But after reading the older news releases it appears that this was already FDA approved back in June when Molemate was acquired.
Today's release says it will be available in the U.S now, and then quotes a U.S based doctor who has been using it for 6 years. Anyone else confused?
