PRODUCTION GUIDANCE..........When Toby spoke at the Rodman conference he said he expected to put out production guidance within 10 days (by this friday the 23rd). I spoke to Toby today. The intention was to file an 8k just prior to the release of a magazine article that's being published. As a result of a delay in the publication of that magazine, the release of the production guidance is being pushed out by a week or two. "Hopefully" it will be out by next friday but the possibility exist that it could be the following week. All in all a non issue. Just a slight delay by no fault of Ruby. Just wanted to make sure you guys all knew what was going on.
