Rusoro Mining Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the operation, acquisition, exploration and development of gold mining and mineral properties. The Company is a gold producer and explorer, with a land position in the prolific Bolivar State mining region in southern Venezuela. It has gold reserves of approximately 5,584,000 ounces and inferred resources of over 6,805,000 ounces. WTFIGOAC, I suggest you do a little DD, before trying to spread fears amoung shareholders.

Last year's General Meeting was held on Tuesday October 12th, 2010 - so it hasn't even been a year yet.

Under TSX Venture Policy 3 section 3.1, the annual meeting must be held each year and not more than 15 months after the previous meeting.

So, they have until year end to hold a meeting.  Considering the circumstances, I imagine they'll wait until a deal is hammered out before holding the annual meeting.
