why is Jim not walking away?

why is Jim not walking away? Buying MSD, even at the now overinflated price of $38, will be good for Jim and his 2% of any deals signed since we can expect some deals to be signed by MSD going forward. So Jim wins (no pun intended) no matter how overpriced MSD is, but what about the shareholders? Are we better off? Look at what the market thinks of us, pricing us at $6 and below. The situation has changed alot since the offer was put on the table so the prudent business move would be to pull the offer and wait to buy them at $30 (50% premium when they hit $20). However, if this is an ego play by Jim, then we buy them anyway we can and damn the consequences to WIN shareholders.Jim WALK away!
