With all due respect....

Stick a fork in this Deal this pig is done....

NO DEAL.... no concessions ... let WIN get back to business and toss MSD to the WIND ... enuff is enuff already...  JS has been misguided in my opinion on this deal ... it is time to save face... and move forward... start playing these little games in an already bad market... get some value back into WIN ... the MSD hostile bid is not going to do that ...

since this deal has been announced WIN valuation has lost over 30 percent of its value ...  from it's high...
