RE: RE: why is Jim not walking away?Rodani, name one analyst, who doesn't have a vested interest in pumping the MSD purchase price higher, that has said the $38 is a good price?...I haven't.  No one has, and now can't, because no one really understands/trusts the NOK deal. Given everything that has happened since the offer, the price should be lowered to the low $30's in IMO to make this a fair deal.
