3. What is the companies intention, pursuant any strategic business plan, for share dilution for the remaining fiscal year and what will the dilution plan be per quarter in 2012?

Although I personally believe that mineral exploration companies fall outside the realm of traditional branding in that no amount of marketing will replace physical results, what is the board of directors plan for 1, 2, or even 5 year ROI pertaining to marketability? There has to be a goal, correct???
