I have emailed the company on many occassions, and they are very thorough in their responses - and are very quick to respond (unlike other companies I've contacted - where getting an answer is a chore or they don't respond at all).

Maybe you should give it a try some time.  Instead, you continue your witch hunt and grasp at little details to try to put the company in a bad light.

Does it matter to me when the annual meeting is?  No.  The company releases their financials regularly, they answer every question I have, and have been able to navigate the company in a climate ( Venezuela) where companies like Crystallex and Gold Reserve have been unable to.
