remember golds value doesnt change, its the currencys which do change in value
if you think there is more QE, more money printing, maybe eurobonds, than this is al cheap.
but if you think they will let greece fall of a cliff with no payments from germany this is expensive
i think gold gives a response to the market
its just painful deflation coming around, 
i think they prepare the official default from greece right now
after that you have the probabilities of a lehman style collapse
so think again, its all relative, the prices you all see are fuly biased due to the wrong buying programs from the central banks... all makes perfect sense, its no manipulation, just more realistic prices in all assets
