Too Bad but NOT so Sad!As a long term committed shareholder of TNX it is too bad to see TNX sell off so much. I am though very very curious to see what the short position total will be for September 30 when it gets published? At August 15 there were 5,121,000 shares short. My guess (but I dont know) is that much of the selling the last two days came from the shorts trying to scare shareholders out of their positions. So I would not be surprised to see this number go over 6,000,000! My question is when will they cover? The clock is ticking and production will come. They will get killed in time if they have no plan to cover. Secondly, Mr Sinclair looks pretty bright to me right now by raising capital at $5.70/share if the market thinks this stock is worth much less only several months later. Since the company has alot of cash in the bank and its full steam ahead on the ground to production the short term share price is more an inconvenience for longterm holders. If you are a short term trader or on margin yes I could see steam coming out of your ears right now. But that is just the way markets go. Its what is happening on the ground that counts and that has changed one bit! One day soon it will look like a screaming buy of a life time at this level. So yes too bad the price sold off so much but so sad, I dont think so!
