All the new "hype" I have been reading has to do with engineers finding new was not to use REEs, that the prices they reached this year were out of reach to manufacturers and of course the pessimism about whether or not Quest can even build a mine on or by 2016 or even at all.....
So mix that in with all the week's turmoil and you've got a ton of panic sellers.
